This is the last session of the current series (Cohort 1, 2023) of gentle yoga, pranayama (rhythmic yogic breathing practices) and meditation. These sessions are designed to help you calm your mind, gain a clearer, healthier perspective on life and help you minimise stress, anxiety and depression. In doing so you will learn to heal your mind, body and spirit.
