A variety of stalls will also be offering their wares, including crystals, jewellery, candles, glassware, crochet goods, carved goods, natural skincare (Neals Yard and Body Shop), food (cupcakes included). There’ll also be an opportunity to have your face painted if you dare.
Thriving Communities are opening up the workshop programme with a session of Laughter Yoga and QiGong at 10.45am, led by Mel Jones and Esther Apoussidis. Then later on, at 3.15pm, Esther will be demonstrating some facial reflexology techniques to alleviate menopause symptoms and stress.
The cost of entry is £3 to include a raffle ticket. Kids under 16 go free.
