Purpose – Soup4TheSoul Online Workshop

Soup4TheSoul is a series of free online workshops funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. These are designed to help you learn, grow and become happier. If you’re feeling stuck, perhaps a victim of self-sabotage, struggling with low confidence, hurting from past experiences or feeling aimless or unhappy – do yourself a favour and be open-minded and join our tried and tested Soup4TheSoul sessions.

On this Day 4 we’ll be covering the subject of Purpose, what it is and how we can clarify what it means for each of us so that we can live a richer, more fulfilling life. We’ll finish off with a short meditation on clarifying your purpose. Plus you’ll also receive via email a purpose colouring mandala to help become more focused on your purpose.
