This is Week 3 of our FREE 5-week Mind and Body Wellness Programme to help you:
The programme includes 90 minutes per week (5 weeks in total for this particular cohort) of gentle yoga, laughter yoga, simple and effective breathing exercises plus guided meditations & relaxation techniques. This particular week there’ll be a short demonstration of self-help facial reflexology tips to reduce stress and improve sleep. Further Mind & Body Wellness cohorts will follow after the Breath to Health workshop (6th-8th July). For the latter event, check out July’s Event calendar.
The sessions will be led by Dr Manmeet Kaur, GP from Pengam Health Centre. They are suitable for anyone 18 or over. No previous experience needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing and yoga mats will be provided if you don’t have one.
