Week 4 – Mind & Body Wellness Programme

June 22 @ 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Join us for another session of gentle yoga, pranayama (rhythmic yogic breathing practices) and meditation. These sessions are designed to help you calm your mind, gain a clearer, healthier perspective on life and help you minimise stress, anxiety and depression. In doing so you will learn to heal your mind, body and spirit.
