EverywomanFest

For the first time ever, Thriving Communities are taking an active part in The Everywoman Festival on Saturday, 24th June. This is an event which aims to empower and educate people in health topics that may be difficult to talk about or considered taboo. It will be a day packed with seminars, workshops, food and drink vendors, other stalls, music and entertainment and a whole lot more: all within the beautiful surroundings of Insole Court, Cardiff.

Thriving Communities will be taking up space in the garden to offer you the following line-up:

• 11am-11.45am – Gentle Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation with Dr Manmeet Kaur
• 1.00pm-1.30pm – Nordic Walking Introduction and Demonstration with Esther Apoussidis & Mel Jones
• 3.00pm- 3.30pm Positive Energy with Laughter Yoga & Qi Gong with Esther Apoussidis & Mel Jones
