As part of our series of online events to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week we are hosting a free online workshop on the art of self-care. In our fast-paced and demanding world, it’s crucial to prioritise self-care to maintain our overall wellbeing. In this workshop, we will explore self-care practices and discover why self-care is essential and beneficial for our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
