Nordic Walking at Parc Penallta followed by Cream Tea & Craft Fayre

Join us for a Nordic Walking Free Taster event on Saturday, July 22nd 2023 at 12:30 pm at Parc Penallta (meet at Ty Penalta, the Caerphilly Council Offices, at Tredomen Business Park, CF82 7PG).

Experience the benefits of Nordic Walking, a low-impact exercise that tones the whole body and helps to burn up to 47% more calories than normal walking. Our experienced instructors – Mel Jones and Esther Apoussidis – will guide you through the basics of Nordic Walking and show you how to use the poles correctly.

This event is perfect for beginners who want to try something new or for those who want to improve their technique. Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The Cream Tea is £5 (2 scones, jam, clotted cream and tea or coffee) – please indicate whether you want this as they are taking numbers in advance. Lovely social for a good cause.
