Talks @ Demo’s At The Mind Body Spirit Event 4th November @ Penyrheol Community Centre Caerphilly CF83 2PG – Admission Adults £2 Children Under 16 Free!
Talks will be taking place throughout the day in the tea room, where you can of course sit down for a cuppa and cake.
Talks:.
11am – Laughter Yoga – with Mel from Thriving Communities – Come and lighten your energy and have a giggle!
12 midday – Martin Harrison – A Demonstration of Mediumship.
1pm – Steve from the Sanctum will be taking us on a Shamanic Journey.
2pm – Esther from Thriving Communities will deliver a talk on Energy entitled “Inside Out Transformation”
All Talks are included in the admission fee! Free for children under age of 16.
