Join our transformative Mind and Body Wellness Programme and embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. We are excited to announce our next cohort, Cohort #3, which will feature 5-weekly sessions starting on 19th October. Additionally, mark your calendars for an exclusive Breath to Health Workshop from 23rd to 25th November 2023. This is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!

In this FREE 5-week programme, we will guide you through an holistic approach to wellness, equipping you with powerful tools to enhance your overall well-being. Take a moment to imagine the possibilities:

  • Relax your body and reduce stress, enabling you to unwind and find serenity in the midst of a fast-paced world.

  • Learn to manage your emotions and improve your relationships, fostering deeper connections and harmonious interactions.
  • Reduce anxiety and depression, opening the door to a more joyful and fulfilling life.
  • Enjoy better sleep, allowing you to wake up rejuvenated and ready to embrace each day.

 

Each week, you will participate in 90 minutes of rejuvenating activities designed to nourish both your mind and body. Experience the benefits of gentle yoga, laughter yoga, simple yet effective breathing exercises, and guided meditations and relaxation techniques. Our expert facilitator, Dr. Manmeet Kaur, GP Lead at Pengam Health Centre, with over 500 hours of yoga teaching, will lead the sessions with utmost care and expertise.

 

The weekly sessions will be followed once again by the the highly unique Breath to Health workshop. This exclusive 3-day event will take place from 23rd-25th November, at the same venue as the weekly sessions. To participate in this workshop, we kindly request a £50 contribution, a small investment that will yield immense benefits. From 10 am to 1 pm each day for the first 2 days and from 2pm to 5pm on the third and final day, you will immerse yourself in the transformative power of the “Sudarshan Kriya Yoga” (SKY) breathing technique. Derived from ancient yoga traditions, SKY has been scientifically proven to combat stress and uplift the spirit. The benefits are truly remarkable!

 

For all session, we recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing. If you don’t have a yoga mat, worry not, as we will provide one for you.

 

Our Mind and Body Wellness Programme is open to anyone aged 18 and over, regardless of previous experience.
