Join this FREE Dementia-friendly Friendship Friday Workshop at 10am on 22nd March 2024 at Abertillery Library. The event is sponsored by The Reading Agencies and facilitated by Thriving Communities in collaboration with Blaenau Gwent Libraries. The event includes free refreshments.
Learn about Positive Psychology’s take on positive relationships/friendships and how it can lead to a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life. Learn some practical ways of building your confidence to help you make the friends you desire and the 3 keys to sustaining strong connections. You’ll also learn how to overcome the barriers to making good and lasting friends.
