Family Springtime Celebrations

Join Thriving Communities for some Family Springtime Celebration fun at Parc Penallta. This follows the hugely successful Easter Saturday family fun day we organised and for which we had rave reviews from the scores of people who attended (including the kids!).This is another lovely opportunity for families to enjoy affordable family fun, learn about nature and spend time in a beautiful setting on our doorstep.

Event Highlights:

• Springtime treasure hunt
• Nature trail with Spot the Bug activities
• Tree identification
• Children’s games, including Ring Toss & Golfing
• Making a Wind Chime from nature’s stores
• Fairy Circle Storytime with published author Meia (bring a cushion or blanket to sit on)

Fancy dress optional: why not dress up as a fairy, elf, animal/bug or plant or whatever inspires you!

So come along and join in the fun. Cost is £1 pp or £2 for a family.

We meet 1pm by the picnic benches adjacent to the main car park by Sultan’s Horse Sculpture at Parc Penalta CF82 7GN.
