Community Christmas Day Dinner

Christmas is a time of celebration together but heightens loneliness for those who have lost loved ones or had a challenging year. We are therefore providing a 3-course, festive Community Christmas Day Dinner in Gilfach Bargoed Community Centre, with live musical entertainment included. Event starts at 11am.

It’s a wonderful uplifting experience to help out (a real opportunity to experience Helper’s High) so if you want to lend a helping hand in any way, let us know. Volunteers will be welcoming all arrivals, receiving donations, wrapping gifts, preparing and setting up, cooking and serving dinner and tidying away. Volunteers will need to turn up around 9am.
