Let’s make this festive season even merrier!

Join us on Saturday, 23rd December for our Christmas Walk and Bop! We’ll kick off at 10:30 am at Gilfach Bargoed Community Centre, embarking on a delightful stroll around Bargoed Park. Upon our return, it’s time to indulge in our Christmas Day Lunch and revel in the holiday spirit with a fantastic Christmas Quiz created by our very own Quiz Mistress, Elaine Owen, but facilitated by the Thriving Communities team as Elaine will be away with family over the Christmas weekend.

Expect a medley of joyous tunes, dancing, and laughter—it’s a day packed with entertainment for just £5pp (£3pp for premium members). Feel free to bring your favourite snacks to share, although we’ve got Christmas cake, mince pies, mulled wine, and refreshments covered!

But wait, there’s more! Dive into the festive mood with engaging party games and plenty of Christmas-themed giggles. Plus, we might just spread some extra cheer by wrapping Christmas presents for our wonderful guests at the Community Christmas Day Lunch—volunteers are most welcome!
