Breath to Health Workshop Newport November 2024

Thanks to a collaboration with Coffee ‘n’ Laughs Women’s Community Group as well as funding from Gwent Regional Innovation Initiative funding and ongoing support from our charity partner International Association of Human Values, we are able to offer our very first 3-day Breath to Health Workshop in Newport.

 

This workshop has been uniquely designed to help you enhance your well-being and find inner harmony.

 

The dates and times are as follows:

  • Wednesday, 21st November 2024, 2pm to 4pm in Hall
  • Thursday, 22nd November 2024, 10am to 12pm midday in the Coffee Lounge
  • Friday, 23rd November 2024, 1.30pm to 3.30pm in the Coffee Lounge

 

During this transformative workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn the main breathing exercise, “Sudarshan Kriya Yoga” (SKY). Derived from the ancient practice of yoga, SKY is a powerful rhythmic breathing technique that offers a multitude of proven benefits, including:

  1. Reducing anxiety and stress, particularly in high-stress environments.
  2. Cultivating a deep sense of relaxation and ease in both body and mind.
  3. Assisting in emotional management and self-regulation.
  4. Providing you with a fresh perspective on life, enhancing clarity of thinking and focus.

 

As part of our commitment to making this workshop accessible to all, it is heavily subsidised (reduced from the standard price of £250). We are only charging a very low fee of £15 for the entire 3-day programme. This investment represents an opportunity to positively transform your life.
