Welcome to a Unique Healing Experience
Willow Brook Healing and Thriving Communities CIC are excited to offer a pilot project designed to improve your health and well-being. Over the course of 4 sessions, we’ll guide you through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science to help you heal physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Our sessions will explore:
- Week 1: Who are we? Embracing spirituality to find deeper meaning in human existence (not connected to religion).
- Week 2: Triumph over Trauma by learning to transcend negative polarity through the Law of Polarities.
- Week 3: Worthy of Love and Forgiveness – learn the power of self-love and forgiveness to free yourself.
- Week 4: Living in the Present – connect with nature through a bliss walk meditation and learn to live mindfully.
Each week includes high vibrational activities, such as:
- Energy breathing meditations
- Sound healing
- Laughter yoga
- QiGong practices for energy alignment
You’ll benefit from reduced stress, enhanced self-awareness, emotional healing, and a sense of belonging, all in a safe and supportive environment where your experiences are valued.
