Following a very popular taster session at Ebbw Vale Institute on 14th March, Thriving Communities are now bringing you a more in depth Breath to Health 3-Day Well-being Workshop. The workshop is once again FREE thanks to funding received through the Gwent Rapid Innovation Initiative.
The workshop is a unique experience designed to help you enhance your well-being and find inner harmony by discovering breathing techniques, including the SKY rhythmic breathing technique, proven in research studies to significantly reduce stress levels.
