Your Nordic Walking Journey:

  • Professional Training & Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of our British Nordic Walking Association qualified instructors who will show you the 10-step method to Nordic Walking and take you through warm up and cool down exercises to eliminate chance of strain or injury.
  • Explore Beautiful Locations: Traverse scenic landscapes, historic sites, and serene lakes with each event (check out our other walking locations, there’s a different one each week, which repeat on a monthly basis and vary between a weekday/Tuesday and a weekend option).
  • Quality Equipment: Enjoy the use of high-quality Exel Nordic Walking poles during each session.

 

Location for First Saturday of the Month

  • Location: We meet up outside the gates of the Old Library Cafe / Morgan Jones Park, Caerphilly
  • Nordic Walking in the historic grounds of Caerphilly Castle
  • Enjoy lunch or light refreshments at the Old Library Cafe after the walk (add on extra time, the walk itself is around an hour)

 

Pricing:

  • £5 per session
  • Premium members enjoy a reduced rate of £3 per session
  • Pay on the day either cash, contactless or bank transfer.
