Our highly acclaimed 3-day Breath to Health workshop is resuming in February 2024 at Llanbradach Community Centre. It’s been uniquely designed to help you enhance your well-being and find inner harmony.


The dates and times are Thursday, 15th February & Friday, 16th February, 10am-1pm both days and 2pm-5pm on Saturday, 17th February.


During this transformative workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn the main breathing exercise, “Sudarshan Kriya Yoga” (SKY). Derived from the ancient practice of yoga, SKY is a powerful rhythmic breathing technique that offers a multitude of proven benefits, including:

  1. Reducing anxiety and stress, particularly in high-stress environments.
  2. Cultivating a deep sense of relaxation and ease in both body and mind.
  3. Assisting in emotional management and self-regulation.
  4. Providing you with a fresh perspective on life, enhancing clarity of thinking and focus.


As part of our commitment to making this workshop accessible to all, it is heavily subsidised (reduced from the standard price of £250). We are only charging a nominal fee of £50 for the entire 3-day programme (£45 for Hengoed Happiness & Wellbeing Group Premium Members).
